What is the Patients' Forum?
The Patients' Forum is a group of patients from the Practice who meet regularly and are here to represent your interests. We work closely with the Practice staff to resolve issues raised by patients and to enhance the services offered wherever possible.
We welcome your suggestions and feedback (positive or negative). If there is anything you would like us to look into on your behalf please let us know - the suggestion box is opened regularly and we can be contacted by email at email@example.com
The Forum holds meetings at the Practice from 7 - 8.30pm on a bi-monthly basis but you do not have to attend these meetings to be a member or support the group. You may prefer to receive information by post or Email but any contribution you feel you can make will be appreciated. If you would like to know more about the Forum or are interested in joining please contact Phil Jenkins, Management Partner.
Please note that the Forum is NOT the right place to air an individual grievance or personal medical issue - these matters should be referred to Phil Jenkins or discussed with your GP.
