Baby Clinics and Immunisations
For Practice patients - Both by appointment only
Tuesday 9:30 - 11:30am A clinic for immunisations given by our practice nurses and health advise from Health Visitors
Thursday 9:30 - 11.30am A clinic for immunisations given by our practice nurses.
Cervical Screening -
Appointment may be made with our Nurses.
Diabetes-
Diabetic clinics are run regularly by specialised nurses by appointment
Elderly Patients -
We have a Nurse who is exclusively involved in the management of problems for patients over 75 years of age. She also offers an annual assessment of their medical and social needs.
Family Planning (Practice): -
We provide family planning services. Our Practice Nurses provide general contraceptive advice including pill checks.
Heart Disease and Management Clinic -
Clinics are run regularly by specialised nurses by appointment
Maternity Services -
You may choose which hospital you attend for ante natal care and delivery provided you live within the catchment area of that hospital.
The Practice is linked to a group of Midwives based at Lewisham Hospital. Most antenatal care can be undertaken at the Practice.
The Practice supports parents who choose to have their babies at home.
Antenatal Clinics:
Clinics are held on Wednesday and altenate Fridays all by appointment
Postnatal checks:
These are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday each week by a GP.
Mental Health -
We provide counselling by self referral (with forms available from our reception) or through the GP. Clinics are also held at the practice with the Community Psychiatric Nurse and Psychologist.
Respiratory Clinic -
Special chest clinics (COPD and Asthma) are held by appointment with nurses for assessment and follow-up
Smoking Cessation -
We hold regular clinics for patients who wish to stop smoking. Please ask our receptionists for more details
Travel -
Nurses provide advice and Immunisation for patients travelling abroad. Appointments should be made at least 6 weeks before departure. There may be a fee payable.
We regret that if patients fail to keep their appointment, without prior notification, no further appointment will be offered.
Yellow Fever -
We are a registered yellow fever centre for our patients only and vaccination can be provided by appointment. There will be a charge for this service which is currently £40 and which has to be paid by cash or cheque prior to the vaccination being administered

- Access to a home care team for patients with terminal illness.
- Citizens Advice Bureau Advisor runs regular clinics at the practice by appointment

Baby Clinics and immunisations - Community clinic
Wednesday 9.30am - 1.00pm. A walk in clinic - all welcome (Must arrive before 12.30pm as may not be seen if clinic is busy)
Thursday 10am - 12 midday Immunisations only
Blood Tests -
There is a phlebotomy (blood test) service by appointment.
If you need a blood test you will be given a form by your Doctor or nurse. You can then make an appointment for any week day between 9 -11am.

Chiropody -
This is a service provided by the PCT within the Health Centre but is available for Lewisham residents only.
Counselling -
Short courses of counselling or psychological therapy are available in the surgery. You are welcome to discuss this with a doctor, or refer yourself directly by completing a form available at reception.
We have excellent links to community services including the Sydenham Garden project, Arts & Crafts group, Alcohol Advisory Services, Drug Advisory Services & Victim Support. Please speak to your GP for further details.
Family Planning (Community Clinic) -
A community run family planning clinic is held at the health centre.
